Flew position 2-3 in High Squadron.

Carried 12 500 lb bombs. Dropped the bombs on Husum Airfield at 1432 ˝ hours from 16,600 ft. The bombs dropped onto the hangars.

No damage to the plane or crew.

Ten minutes after bombing a B-24 was observed turning back toward the enemy coast. Unit identified. No chutes were seen. The plane had no markings except a plain white tail.
