#2 & #3 turbos inoperative. #3 engine oil leak. Inspected and repaired.

#2 engine 12" oscillation in turbo at 16,000 feet on climb for assembly. Continous oscillation. #3 engine oil on fire from  10,000 feet until its oil burned up completely. #3 turbo lags and oscillated 10" at altitude. #3 tachometer out. Nose turret right door windo blew off below. Right waist gun would not go all the way in.
